For pricing, we charge $45 for the first hour and $20 for every additional hour. We will give you 30minutes to set up and tear down, if additional time is needed that will need to be part of your scheduled hours, so be sure and factor that in! If you would like to have a barista for your event, it will be an additional $18 per hour for espresso drink service. We can either start a drink tab for your guests that can be paid in one transaction at the end of the evening, or each of your guests can pay for their drinks individually. We can also offer brewed coffee/ hot cocoa by the pot! You are welcome to bring in your own food, we just ask that all of your food trash be taken out and any food messes be wiped up before you leave. ocupancy limit is 66 but we have enough seats for 40 people. We are Open to the public until 2:00pm so rentals will need to take place either on Mondays or any time after 2:00pm. please email or call if you have any questions!
